Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of viperconsulting.ai and the services, software and communications provided by Viper Consulting, the business name of Epstein Investment Group LLC ("Viper Consulting", "we", "us"). By using our website or services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. A signed proposal, statement of work or order form for a specific engagement ("Order") takes priority over these Terms where they differ.
2. Our services
We provide AI integration and automation, an AI-powered CRM software subscription, digital marketing, creative, translation and interpretation, intellectual property and engineering support, and related services, as described on our website or in an Order. We may change or improve the services over time.
3. Accounts and CRM subscriptions
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law or stated in an Order, fees already paid are not refundable.
- Usage-based charges (such as text messages, calls, emails and AI features) are billed at our posted rates in addition to your plan fee.
- We may suspend an account for non-payment, security risk or breach of these Terms.
4. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services to: break any law; send spam or unsolicited messages; contact anyone without the consent the law requires (including under the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and carrier rules); upload malicious code; infringe anyone's rights; or try to access systems or data that are not yours. If you use our CRM to message your own customers, you are responsible for obtaining their consent, honoring opt-outs, completing any required carrier registration (such as A2P 10DLC or toll-free verification), and providing your own privacy notice.
5. Text messaging terms
By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Viper Consulting about your inquiries, appointments, services and, if you chose to receive them, offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help, or contact support@viperconsulting.ai or 1-800-455-5691. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Payments
Prices are as stated in your Order or plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for fees and applicable taxes when due. Late or failed payments may lead to suspension of services.
7. Your data and our property
- You own the data and content you provide to us. You give us permission to use it only to provide and support the services for you.
- We and our licensors own the website, software, templates, methods and materials we use to provide the services. Unless an Order says otherwise, once paid in full you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, and we keep the right to reuse our general know-how and tools.
- Some services run on third-party platforms (for example our CRM and communications platform provider, Stripe, Google and AI model providers), which have their own terms that also apply to their parts of the service.
7A. Copyright, trademarks and acceptable use of our content
All content on viperconsulting.ai and on Viper Consulting's social media pages, including text, pricing and plan packages, feature descriptions, demos, FAQs, workflows, proposals, documents, logos, images, graphics and videos, is owned by Viper Consulting (Epstein Investment Group LLC) or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. "Viper Consulting" and the Viper logo are trademarks of Epstein Investment Group LLC d/b/a Viper Consulting.
- You may view our content for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, download, scrape, reproduce, republish, resell, frame or create derivative works from any of it, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
- You may not present our demos, pricing, plans or materials as your own, or use them to build or market a competing offer.
- Copying, downloading, distributing or reusing this content without our written permission is not allowed. We may protect our rights, including by sending takedown notices to hosting providers and platforms.

8. AI-generated output
Some services use artificial-intelligence tools. AI output can contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or publishing it. Our professional review is limited to the scope stated in your Order.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Disclaimers
Except as stated in an Order, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, leads or revenue. Information on our website is general and is not legal, financial or engineering advice for your specific situation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Viper Consulting from claims arising from your content, your messages to your own customers, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
13. Ending the relationship
Either party may end a month-to-month service by notice before the next renewal. We may end or suspend services for material breach. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arlington County, Virginia, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use after changes means you accept them; changes do not affect an Order already signed.
