Questions
What is RAG?
RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) connects AI to your own documents. Instead of guessing, the AI looks up the answer in your files and shows the source, so your team gets accurate answers about your policies, pricing, procedures and past work. It is included in Scale and Embedded, and can be added to Launch.
How accurate is it?
We test it on 50 of your real questions before launch, including questions it should refuse, and spot-check it every month. No AI is perfect, which is why every answer shows its source. For important legal, medical, financial or safety decisions, your team should always check the linked source.
What if the answer isn't in our documents?
The assistant says “I could not find this” and points your team to the person you choose. Each month we tell you which questions had no answer, so you know which documents to write or update.
Will it change or delete our files?
No. We use read-only access. Your original files never leave your systems.
Can staff see confidential documents?
Only if their permission group can. We test this before launch by signing in as a restricted user.
We're a healthcare practice. Can we use it?
Yes, for policies, procedures, scripts and manuals. Our team is HIPAA-trained. The standard package is not designed for patient records; tell us during discovery if patient information is involved.
What happens after the first 3 months?
The monthly fee continues month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice, and we remove our access and delete your assistant's data within 30 days.
What happens when we move up to the AI Department?
Scale and Embedded include a RAG knowledge assistant, so your $297 monthly fee stops when you upgrade.
