- Texts go only to people who agreed to receive texts from you. Every text ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.”
- Messages go out between 10 AM and 7 PM in the customer's time zone, Monday to Saturday.
- Voice drops go only to contacts who gave prior written consent.
- Anyone who asks to stop is removed right away.
- Emails follow the CAN-SPAM Act: honest sender and subject line, your business address and an easy unsubscribe.
- We never buy or rent lists. We use only your own customer and lead data. Our team is HIPAA-trained.

What if my list is messy or old?
That is normal. Cleaning is part of the sprint, and the FREE List Health Check tells you up front whether a sprint makes sense.
Will you text everyone on my list?
No. Texts go only to contacts who agreed to receive texts from you, and voice drops only to contacts who gave prior written consent. Everyone else can get email where allowed.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We measure and report results honestly. We never promise bookings or revenue.
How does the optional performance bonus work?
It is your choice at signup: flat fee only, or flat fee plus performance bonus. The bonus is 10% of the revenue you confirm came from the sprint above the first $5,000, capped at $2,500, and it is invoiced 45 days after the sprint ends. If the revenue you confirm is $5,000 or less, there is no bonus. It is not available for law firms, healthcare providers, or financial and insurance businesses. It is not a promise of results.
Do I approve the messages first?
Yes. Nothing is sent until you approve the offer, the messages and the schedule.
Who answers the replies?
Our AI assistant answers common questions and offers booking times. Hot or complex replies go to your team.
What do you need from me?
Your customer and lead exports, any consent records, calendar access and someone to take the booked appointments.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. We return your cleaned list and opt-out list at the end and delete working copies within 30 days, unless you move to a CRM plan.
