Training Refund Policy
How to cancel or withdraw from a Viper Consulting™ training program that charges tuition, and how much you get back.
Viper Consulting™ (Epstein Investment Group LLC, d/b/a Viper Consulting™) Effective November 3, 2026 · Posted at https://viperconsulting.ai/training-refund-policy
This policy explains how to cancel or withdraw from a Viper Consulting™ training program that charges tuition, such as the AI Implementation Specialist program, and how much you get back. It is part of every enrollment agreement. If your enrollment agreement and this policy ever differ, the terms that give you the larger refund apply.
1. What your cost includes
Your enrollment agreement lists the total cost of the program, item by item, before you sign. For the AI Implementation Specialist program, the total cost is $3,950: tuition of $3,850, which includes all course materials, plus a $100 voucher for the AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01) exam. The exam voucher is shown as a separate line, because once it has been issued to you it is treated differently (see Section 6).
2. Your right to cancel within 3 business days
You may cancel your enrollment within 3 business days after you sign the enrollment agreement. If you do, we refund everything you paid, with one possible exception: a nonrefundable enrollment (processing) fee of no more than $100. We keep that fee only if your enrollment agreement lists it and you signed a separate statement acknowledging that it is nonrefundable. If you did not sign that statement, you get every dollar back.
The last day to cancel under this section is printed in your enrollment agreement.
3. Cancelling after 3 business days, before classes begin
If you cancel in writing after the 3-business-day period but before the first day of class, we refund all tuition you paid, minus 15% of the stated cost of the program or $100, whichever is less. Any enrollment fee you paid counts toward that amount, so we never keep more than this amount in total before classes begin.
Example (AI Implementation Specialist, total cost $3,950, paid in full): 15% of $3,950 is $592.50. $100 is less, so the most we would keep is $100, and you would get back $3,850.
4. Withdrawing after classes begin
If you withdraw, or are dismissed, after classes begin, your refund depends on how much of the program has been scheduled up to your withdrawal date (see Section 5):
| Share of the program completed at your withdrawal date | Your refund |
|---|---|
| 25% or less | 75% of the cost of the program |
| More than 25%, up to 50% | 50% of the cost of the program |
| More than 50%, up to 75% | 25% of the cost of the program |
| More than 75% | No refund |
Example (AI Implementation Specialist, total cost $3,950, paid in full): if you withdrew after 20% of the program, your refund would be 75% of $3,950, or $2,962.50. If your exam voucher had already been issued to you, the $100 voucher would be left out of the calculation (see Section 6): 75% of $3,850, or $2,887.50, and you would keep the voucher.
At the same $3,950 cost, the other bands work out as follows: more than 25% up to 50% completed, $1,975 (or $1,925 if the voucher was already issued); more than 50% up to 75%, $987.50 (or $962.50); more than 75%, no refund.
5. How we measure the share completed
We measure progress by scheduled instructional hours, not by the hours you attended. Your share completed is the number of hours scheduled for your cohort from the first day of class through your withdrawal date, divided by the total hours scheduled for the program. Your enrollment agreement and course calendar list the scheduled hours for each session and lesson.
Your withdrawal date is:
- the date we receive your written withdrawal notice, or
- if you stop attending without telling us, your last date of attendance. We will treat you as withdrawn no later than 14 calendar days after your last date of attendance.
6. The AWS exam voucher
- If the voucher has not yet been issued to you, its cost is refunded along with your tuition, using the rules above.
- Once the voucher has been issued, its $100 cost is left out of the refund calculation, and the refund percentages apply to the rest of the cost.
- Once the voucher has been issued to you (we have sent you the voucher code), it is non-refundable. The voucher seller’s terms state that “All voucher purchases are final” and that vouchers “are non-refundable and non-returnable.” You keep the voucher and may still use it to take the exam before its expiration date. Expiration dates cannot be extended.
- We normally issue vouchers near the end of the program, when you are ready to schedule the exam.
- AWS and Pearson VUE, not Viper Consulting™, set the rules for scheduling, rescheduling and missed exam appointments.
7. If Viper Consulting™ cancels a class or program
If we cancel a program or cohort before it starts, or stop offering it before you finish, you get a full refund of everything you paid for the part you could not complete, including any enrollment fee. If you prefer, you may transfer to the next available cohort at no extra cost instead.
8. How to cancel or withdraw
Send your cancellation or withdrawal in writing to sales@viperconsulting.ai. Include your name, the program and cohort, and the date. Email is fine. We will confirm that we received it. If you do not receive a confirmation, call us at 1-800-455-5691.
You do not need to give a reason. Not attending, or not paying, does not count as a written notice, but we will still apply Section 5 if you stop attending.
9. When and how refunds are paid
We pay every refund within 45 days after we receive your written request, or after your last date of attendance, whichever is sooner. Refunds go back by the original payment method when possible (card, ACH or bank transfer, government purchase card, or check). Otherwise we pay by check.
10. Tuition paid by WIOA, an employer or another third party
If a workforce board (for example, through a WIOA Individual Training Account), an employer or another organization paid all or part of your tuition, the refund goes to whoever paid, in proportion to what each paid. If you paid part yourself, your share of the refund comes to you. We will notify the third-party payer of your withdrawal date and refund amount.
11. Questions and complaints
Questions about this policy: sales@viperconsulting.ai or 1-800-455-5691. If you believe a refund was calculated incorrectly, write to us at sales@viperconsulting.ai and we will review it. We will reply in writing within 10 business days.
